Career Intelligence
at scale.
Every PositionMeAI product has an institutional equivalent — the same framework and tools that guide individual careers, deployed across student cohorts, workforces, and national skills programmes.
Give students Career Intelligence
before they enter the workforce.
Most university careers services operate reactively — CV workshops, job boards, one-off sessions near graduation. Career Intelligence gives students a structured, evidence-based capability practice they can engage with throughout their studies and carry forward for life.
The Academy site licence gives every student access to field-specific AI capability development across 23 disciplines. Judgment Lab cohort programmes give final-year and postgraduate students structured practice in the reasoning and decision-making skills employers most value. Both are learner-owned, not instructor-delivered — which means adoption is self-sustaining.
Build the workforce capability
that survives AI disruption.
Generic AI training doesn't solve a role-specific problem. The Academy's field-specific approach gives your people AI capability development tied to what their job actually requires — not a one-size-fits-all prompt engineering course.
For L&D teams running operations, supply chain, or management development, the Judgment Lab cohort programme builds the analytical reasoning and decision-making capability that AI raises the stakes for — by observing and scoring how people actually think under pressure, not how they answer MCQs about it.
A national skills infrastructure
built on evidence.
Career Intelligence is not a product category — it is a framework for understanding workforce readiness in an AI-shaped economy. The six-pillar model and its research foundations are designed to operate at population scale, informing policy decisions alongside individual development.
South Africa leads Sub-Saharan Africa in EdTech adoption. PositionMeAI is built with mobile-first, low-bandwidth deployment for the South African context — and with the academic rigour that government partnerships require. We are open to ministerial and SETA partnership conversations.
The Career Intelligence framework
is open for scrutiny.
The six-pillar Career Intelligence Framework is grounded in five published research streams and is intended to be scrutinised, tested, and extended by the academic community. The methodology is documented. The theoretical lineage is cited. The scoring model is explained.
We welcome collaboration with researchers working on career development, employability, AI labour-market impact, and assessment. The Research Subscription gives academic teams access to our data and reports. The Framework Licence covers use in academic research, instrument development, and programme evaluation.
Institutional licensing.
USD · billed annually.
All pricing below is in US dollars and billed annually. Design Partner pricing (50% of list) is available to the first five institutional partners in exchange for structured feedback and a published case study.
The first five institutions
shape what gets built next.
The Design Partner programme is not a discount scheme with feedback requirements attached. It is a structured development partnership where the first five institutional partners help determine how Career Intelligence tools work at scale — before those decisions are locked.
In exchange for 50% of list pricing, Design Partners commit to structured participation: three feedback sessions, honest reporting on what works and what doesn't, and co-authorship of a published case study. The product team gets real-world deployment data. The institution gets half-price access and direct influence on the product roadmap.
3 of 5 Design Partner places remaining
Two places filled: one university (operations course), one mid-market L&D team (supply-chain training). Three places remain across all institutional types.
What institutions need
to know about who we are.
HPCSA Registered
Industrial Psychology practice registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa. Professional ethics and conduct standards apply to everything we publish and deploy.
23 Years of Practice
De Vlamingh & Associates Consulting CC was founded in 2002. Career development, workforce assessment, and organisational psychology — not a startup, not a first venture.
Peer-reviewed foundations
The six CI pillars rest on Coetzee (2014) GSAS, Bezuidenhout (2010) Employability Attributes Framework, Savickas (2013) career construction theory, and Acemoglu-Restrepo (2022). All cited, all open to scrutiny.
No outcome promises
We develop Career Intelligence capability. We do not promise jobs, hires, promotions, or offers. That is a governance decision, not a marketing hedge — it keeps the product honest and the institution's reputation intact.
Start an institutional
conversation.
We respond to all institutional enquiries within 2 working days. If you are interested in the Design Partner programme, mention it in the message — we will prioritise that conversation.
We do not have a sales team. You will speak directly with the people who build and run PositionMeAI — which means the conversation is faster, more useful, and more honest than going through intermediaries.
