We offer a straightforward 14-day refund window on all Academy subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within 14 days of purchase, email us and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
1. Academy subscriptions — global (USD)
If you purchased an Academy subscription in USD through Paddle and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment.
To request a refund:
- Email hello@positionmeai.com with the subject line "Refund request"
- Include the email address used to purchase and your order date
- We will process the refund within 2 business days of receiving your request
- Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer
Upon refund, your Academy access will be cancelled immediately.
Renewals: if your subscription has already auto-renewed for a new billing period, the same 14-day window applies to that renewal charge. We do not issue pro-rata refunds for partial periods outside the 14-day window.
2. Academy subscriptions — South Africa (ZAR)
For subscriptions purchased in ZAR via positionmeai.co.za and PayFast, the same 14-day refund policy applies. Contact hello@positionmeai.com with your PayFast order reference.
3. Annual subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable — you retain access for the full annual period.
If you purchased an annual subscription and have a significant issue with the product beyond the 14-day window, contact us at hello@positionmeai.com and we will review your case.
4. Free products
The Career Scan & Report is free and requires no payment. There is nothing to refund.
5. Enterprise and institutional licences
Enterprise site licences are governed by the terms of your individual licence agreement. Refund terms for institutional purchases are specified in the licence contract. Contact enterprise enquiry for details.
6. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation in your country. EU and UK consumers retain statutory cooling-off rights under the Consumer Rights Directive and Consumer Contracts Regulations respectively, which may provide for longer refund windows in certain circumstances.
South African consumers retain rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
